What are your hours and phone number?

We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Our phone number is (978) 224-1577.

Who can legally purchase cannabis products at Resinate?

Adult-use customers must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID to enter and make purchases. Registered medical marijuana patients who are 18 years of age or older may purchase cannabis with a valid Massachusetts Medical Use of Marijuana Program registration card and government-issued photo ID. Registered caregivers may also purchase on behalf of their patients with a valid caregiver registration card and government-issued photo ID.

Can I order my weed online before coming to the store?

Yes. You can browse our menu online, place an order for pickup, and visit the dispensary to complete your purchase. A valid ID is required at pickup.

Where does Resinate cannabis come from?

Resinate cannabis comes from our cultivation facility in Douglas, Massachusetts, where our team carefully selects genetics, refines growing practices, and monitors every stage of cultivation to ensure each strain reaches its full potential.

Does Resinate have a rewards or loyalty program?

I am new to cannabis. Can someone help me choose the right product?

If you’re new to cannabis, it’s best to start with a low dose and gradually increase as needed. Can I bring cannabis purchased here back to New Hampshire?

No. Cannabis is illegal for recreational sale in New Hampshire, so please enjoy your purchases while visiting Massachussetts.

What payment methods do you accept?

Resinate accepts cash, debit card payments through a cashless ATM system, and Pay by Bank, a secure digital payment option available through the Dutchie platform. Credit cards are not currently accepted. ATMs are available on-site for your convenience.
