Massachusetts law allows adult-use customers to purchase up to 1 ounce of flower (or its equivalent) per day. That includes edibles, vapes, and concentrates. Medical patients can purchase up to 10 ounces over 60 days, depending on their certification.
For adult-use customers, cannabis is taxed at a total rate of 20%, which includes state, local, and excise taxes. Medical patients are exempt from these taxes with proper registration.
