EULA
- Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Resinate Inc. (“Company”). By using the Resinate mobile application (“App”), you accept this EULA in full. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. - Eligibility
The App is intended for users 21 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you are of legal age and comply with state cannabis regulations. Users must also adhere to all federal laws governing the use of cannabis. - Privacy and Data Collection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal data in compliance with state and federal regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle user data. - Use of the App
The App is provided solely for lawful use, as permitted by cannabis regulations in your jurisdiction. Users agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws. - User Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately. Resinate Inc. reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of this EULA or suspicious activity. - Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Resinate Inc. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or creating derivative works without express permission. - Limitation of Liability
Resinate Inc. provides the App “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resinate Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App. - Compliance with Federal and State Laws
Users acknowledge that cannabis remains illegal under federal law. While the App operates in compliance with state regulations, Users assume responsibility for ensuring their activities comply with all laws applicable in their location. - Changes to the EULA
Resinate Inc. may update this EULA periodically to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of any modifications. - Termination
Resinate Inc. reserves the right to terminate access to the App at any time for breaches of this EULA or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the App or the company. - Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with state laws. - Contact Information
