We are looking for an independent, driven, and creative associate to be a Budtender in our Worcester retail store. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a positive, upbeat attitude with a desire to help people. Candidates must be reliable and dependable, with a good work ethic, be eager to learn, and be open-minded. A Budtender/Cannabis Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional, individualized customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management.
We are looking for candidates that have completed high school or are GED graduates and have one to two years of retail or hospitality experience. While cannabis product knowledge is preferred, a desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes, and product application/consumption methods is a must. A background in retail and hospitality is highly preferred. Customer service experience is required.
Due to cannabis industry regulations, all candidates must be at least 21 years old, receive CORI clearance, and must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays as well as have reliable transportation. Physical requirements include being able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for most of their work schedule. The candidate must also be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds. This job requires specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Sales opportunity as a Territory Manager with a drive to succeed and be able to overcome objections using informed selling. Must be skilled at using creative solutions to address challenges. The Territory Manager will be an energized and engaged self-starter responsible for selling Resinate products by identifying leads, educating prospects on Resinate products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and provide existing customers with exceptional support.
