Our Administration and Flagship Retail store are in the Grafton Hill section of Worcester and we have a secondary Retail store in Northampton. Our cultivation campus is located in Douglas. We are growing fast and looking for people who share our passion for the budding cannabis industry. Cultivation Assistant

Douglas, MA

Status:  Full time-non-exempt
Reports to: Cultivation & Post Harvest Manager

Resinate is looking for independent, driven, detail-oriented candidates to work with a small, full-time cultivation team at its Douglas facility. Ideal candidates will be familiar with working in a manufacturing or industrial agriculture setting and have a strong desire to cultivate cannabis of the highest quality within an extremely controlled environment. Candidates must be reliable and dependable, with a good work ethic, be eager to learn, and be open-minded with a positive attitude. The Cultivation Assistant will assist in all stages of plant production and will work toward demonstrating task mastery for all essential phases of cultivation. Candidates will be working within a team, following standard operating procedures defined for facility staff and the stages of plant production. Facility staff must maintain a high degree of order and cleanliness in the working and growing areas and thus assist in the cultivation facility’s general care and cleaning.

Due to cannabis industry regulations, all candidates must be at least 21 years old, receive CORI clearance, and must be legally eligible to work in the United States. We are looking for candidates that have completed high school or are GED graduates. Physical requirements include being able to use scissors or cutting blades quickly and safely for prolonged periods as well as stand for prolonged periods while performing repetitive tasks. Also required is the ability to work with fresh, dried, and/or processed products without negative allergic consequences. The candidate must be able to lift, push, pull material up to 50 pounds and safely push/pull work carts up to 200 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required for this job which includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Kitchen Staff

Douglas, MA

Status:  Full time-non-exempt
Reports to: Kitchen Manager

Resinate is looking for independent, driven, detail-oriented candidates to join our full-time Kitchen team at the Douglas cultivation facility. Daily tasks include mixing fruit chew and chocolate recipes, which candidates must follow precise directions. Other tasks include de-molding fruit chews and chocolates as well as packing products for retail sale. Candidates are also responsible for ensuring that quality control standards are met, they must verify label accuracy and apply batch labels.

We are looking for candidates that have completed high school or are GED graduates. Ideal candidates will be familiar with working in a manufacturing, or an industrial kitchen setting and have a strong desire to work efficiently in a team environment. Candidates must be reliable and dependable with a good work ethic. While cannabis product knowledge is preferred, a desire to learn is a must.

Due to cannabis industry regulations, all candidates must be at least 21 years old, receive background clearance, and must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Physical requirements include being able to operate kitchen equipment safely for prolonged periods as well as sit or stand for prolonged periods while performing repetitive tasks. Also required is the ability to work with fresh, dried, and/or processed products without negative allergic consequences. The candidate must be able to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds (125 pounds with assistance) as well as stand and walk to move material up to 25 pounds and safely move carts of material. Budtender/Cannabis Advisor

Northampton, MA

Status:  Part time-non-exempt
Reports to: General Manager

We are looking for an independent, driven, and creative associate to be a Budtender in our Northampton retail store. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a positive, upbeat attitude with a desire to help people. Candidates must be reliable and dependable, with a good work ethic, be eager to learn, and be open-minded. A Budtender/Cannabis Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional, individualized customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management.

We are looking for candidates that have completed high school or are GED graduates and have one to two years of retail or hospitality experience. While cannabis product knowledge is preferred, a desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes, and product application/consumption methods is a must. A background in retail and hospitality is highly preferred. Customer service experience is required.

Due to cannabis industry regulations, all candidates must be at least 21 years old, receive CORI clearance, and must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays as well as have reliable transportation. Territory Manager

Worcester, MA

Status:  Full time-exempt
Reports to: Wholesale Sales Manager

Sales opportunity as a Territory Manager with a drive to succeed and be able to overcome objections using informed selling.  Must be skilled at using creative solutions to address challenges. The Territory Manager will be an energized and engaged self-starter responsible for selling Resinate products by identifying leads, educating prospects on Resinate products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and provide existing customers with exceptional support.  

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 3-5 years in sales, account management, cannabis industry, CPG, or other relevant industries preferred
  • Understanding of the Massachusetts cannabis market; cannabis experience is not required, but preferred
  • Must be up to the challenge of tackling a relatively new industry in a start-up style environment
  • Technically proficient with CRM systems (Hubspot) and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Comfortable presenting
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and still meet deadlines
  • Must be innovative with a creative way of thinking
  • Must always strive to exceed expectations
  • Must be able to travel to customer locations and occasionally represent Resinate at events on weekends

Other Requirements:
