Yes. You must be 21 or older to legally purchase or consume cannabis in Massachusetts. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all purchases; no exceptions apply. Whether you’re stopping by from Holyoke or elsewhere in Western Mass, make sure to bring your ID so we can serve you smoothly.
Yes. Massachusetts law requires all customers to present a valid, government-issued photo ID proving they’re 21 or older. Accepted forms include driver’s licenses, passports, and state-issued IDs. Temporary or expired IDs aren’t allowed.
Not at all. Resinate serves both medical patients and adult-use customers. You only need a Massachusetts medical card if you want to access the medical menu or medical-only discounts. Our team can still help you find wellness-forward cannabis products without a prescription.
Massachusetts allows adult-use customers to purchase up to 1 ounce of cannabis per day. For medical patients, the limit is 10 ounces within a 60-day period. These limits apply to all product types, including flower, concentrates, edibles, and vapes, based on THC content.
